Scharffen Berger Chocolatier

People who know me know that I really like dark chocolate. Scharffen Berger is a local chocolatier that specializes in dark chocolate. In fact, the only "non-dark" chocolate is made at another facility using their dark chocolate as a base. We took a tour of the facility and of course got to sample some of the chocolate.
